1. Are all your products genuine?

All of the products that we carry at robindeals.com  are 100% genuine and original brand name perfumes. We carry only authentic brand name products including all perfumes, colognes, and other products. We DO NOT carry any knockoffs or imitations.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE shipping within the United States for orders Over $100 Our shipping is fast and convenient for our customers as most orders ship the same day.

3. How do I track my orders?

Tracking details will be given once your orders are shipped. You may also contact us in case you would like to know the status of your order.

4. What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Perfume, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?

The concentration of oils in the fragrance marks the difference. Pure Perfume has the highest concentration. Eau de Perfume is second, then Eau de Toilette. The lightest concentration is Eau de Cologne. Solid perfumes last as long as Pure Perfume.  The higher the concentration of fragrance oils, the longer your fragrance will last.  

5. What is the right way to store fragrances to make them last longer?

Over time, environmental factors such as exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, and contact with air may have an effect on a scent. To maximize the shelf life of your perfume, store it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. After using, always place the cap back on the bottle and place to help keep the scent from going bad,

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa as payment methods.

7. Are my information details secure in your site?

All of your information is 100% safe, secure, and encrypted with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate for added security.

8. I am not satisfied with my purchase. What do I do?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days with a money-back guarantee.

9. Do you have a refund / return policy?

Yes, we do. For returns, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us to see how we can help you. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval upon the return of the item. Kindly read our policy
